Rise and shine (VI). Fight.
22 Nov 2016
Fight or Flight.
The fight-or-flight response is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival.
That is, essentially, life. Get used to it, life is going to kill you. So you’d better enjoy your time, as life will keep going when you are gone.
Fight and enjoy.
Rise and Shine.
Rise and Shine (V). Balance
30 Aug 2016
Balance.
Balance is not something you find. It’s something you create.
And be ready to fall again and again until you create your own… And when you get there, break it, and create a new one, so you can learn where are your limits.
Rise and Shine.

Rise and Shine (III). Flow

Flow.
Find your sweet spot, there where your perform best. Balance the fine mix of stress and chill, know when to go all in and when to wait and consider other options, when to jump and when to hold on.
Life is hard enough on itself, so take it easy. And flow.
Rise and Shine.
Rise and Shine (II). Motivation

Motivation. You have it or you don’t.
I was once told that nobody can motivate you to do something that you don’t really want to do. Because, as climber Paige Claasen defines it perfectly in Serious About Sarchasm:
There is a really fine line between excuses and the reality of how hard this is…
It’s so easy to cross the line and stop ourselves from doing something… It’s too early, late, cold, dark, steep, high, hard, time consuming… Whatever.
But, just ask yourself if you really want to find out if you can make it, what comes next… And yes, sacrifices will be made, and you may need to wake up earlier, stay up late or train harder harder and harder. It’s all up to you.
Is it worth it? Oh, my friend, there is only one way to know…
So Rise and Shine.
