It’s a game that consists in taking a photograph each day in July, using only the camera of your mobile phone. Somehow leaving apart the technology and the advanced resources that we photographers have today.
The goal is being creative and grow our photographic vision, without all the bells and whistles. Simply as a game, as a creativity exercise, to keep our mind in good shape and our photographic eyes fully open.
Rules:
- The game consists in taking a photograph each day in July, using only the camera of your mobile phone.
- It is allowed to process the pictures with the tools available in your phone, but let’s remember that the goal of the game is develop our creativity while taking the picture. The technical quality is not so important this time.
- There’s no jury, and there’s no price. It’s a personal work.
- Once taken the picture, you only have to post a message in Twitter with the following format: #creativejuly XX comment link_to_the_picture. Being XX the day, don’t forget the hashtag #creativejuly to be able to find all related messages together. If you upload your pictures to Flickr, you can add the tag #creativejuly there too

- To join, you only have to post your images using the tag #creativejuly but feel free to leave a comment here, with your Twitter username, just to get an idea about how many people will play. In this page you’ll find the list of players and the latest news about the game.
